What should I do if my feed is not updating?

Our app works on API, which means the feed gets updated automatically in real time. However, if the feed isn’t updating for any reason, you can use the manual resync option available within the app. This will trigger a forced resync to ensure your feed is up-to-date.

Can I use still this app if my store is built using a store builder platform?

Yes, absolutely! You can use the app even if you have used a store builder platform. The only thing is you need to provide us with your product data.
